I understand that my submission may or may not be added to the 1689Seeds.org online directory.

I understand that if my submission is added, that it will have a unique "Seed ID" number (which was included in a confirmation email), which will be used to identify my Map Marker and Directory Data Table Record.

I understand that my general location and demographic information will be displayed on the 1689Seeds.org online directory and identified by only a Seed ID number, and that my contact information will remain private, and such will only be released to the trusted Churches and Ministry organizations that have partnered with 1689Seeds.org and who have specifically requested my information by my Seed ID number. I also understand that I can have my information removed from the 1689Seeds.org directory by completing a Data Removal Request.
